October 24, 2016 saw the shameless and brutal massacre of 31 CPI (Maoist) comrades and unarmed Adivasi people near Ramaguda village in Malkangiri district, under the auspices of the Andhra and Odisha police. These comrades were summarily executed, point blank or after being captured in states of severe and brutal injury at the hands of the police. This was all done under the auspices of “Operation Green Hunt”, which is a concerted campaign to systematically eradicate and liquidate the revolutionary struggle of the Indian people against neoliberal resource theft for the benefit of international capitalists and native bureaucrat capitalists, and the continued national oppression of adivasi people and other national minorities in India. We, Marxists-Leninist-Maoists in Saint Louis, where class and national contradictions run especially sharp and deep, manifested most obviously by the notorious “Delmar Divide”, the colloquial reference to the long running class and race segregation phenomenon in the City of Saint Louis, the city that exploded in righteous popular rage after a series of fascist, racist police executions of Black people, firmly declare our solidarity with our class comrades struggling against American backed imperialistic, fascistic terror as they continue their long running and righteous struggle. The Malkangiri massacre was a blow to all genuine proletarian revolutionaries and forces the world over. We, as proletarian internationalists, know that a loss in India, Nepal or the Philippines, is a loss in Saint Louis, and likewise, a victory in the United States, the primary imperialist force in this world today, the number one terrorist country on the face of the earth, for the proletariat, is a victory and a material support for our comrades making revolution across oceans. To understand the necessity of completing well and as soon as possible our task of building the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Party in the fires of the class struggle in our country, we must know and understand the struggle of our comrades overseas, what our comrades overseas are facing, and how we can strengthen and build the mass solidarity movement in the United States. The film, Red Ant Dream, is a beautifully done masterpiece that shows the depth of the struggle of our comrades waging a heroic people’s war against the criminal Indian bourgeois regime, and is a recommended one for all communists to watch and learn from.
With the election of the neo-fascist, Donald J. Trump, as President of the United States, a victory to the so-called “alt-right” and the old right of Ku Klux Klan and Neo-Nazi type as well, the necessity of Marxist-Leninist-Maoists to take firm leadership and charge of the growing anti-fascist and anti-racist movement is clear. We see how our comrades of the Red Guards Austin face intense police repression as a result of their firm revolutionary stand, and the complicity of bourgeois liberals in police oppression of revolutionaries and the masses. Just this past Sunday night, several comrades were arrested brutally, and a RGA cadre had his neck broken and was subsequently thrown into jail without the slightest medical attention. If he had stayed in jail any longer, he would have possibly have been paralyzed or dead right now. He is currently in hospital receiving medical attention, and we express our firmest outrage at the torture and trumped up charges dealt to our comrades, and know that he shall soon recover and continue building the revolutionary movement in Austin. We also express our outrage at the shameless behavior of the liberals that called and attempted to lead the demonstration at which all of this occurred, and all other demonstrations of this sort, where they play the role of gatekeeper, distancing themselves from the revolutionary elements and oftentimes delivering comrades directly into the clutches of the police, and dare to call for peace, going so far as to wreck genuine revolutionary organizing efforts. This is the behavior of class enemies, and they should be treated as such, remembered, shamed and punished.
In closing, we condemn the fascistic Indian state, the army and police running dogs and goons of international and bureaucratic capital, and know that we, the international working class, shall be victorious in the end. These actions, these massacres, kidnappings, frameups, and other atrocities and barbarities are the dying gasps of a decadent and crumbling system, and the sweetest revenge will be had ultimately by the masses of revolutionary and democratic forces.
